WeGoDoo has an Android App, an iOS app, and can be accessed via a web browser. Your data syncs seamlessly across all your devices. We are working hard to add more platforms in the future.

Yes, we offer monthly and yearly billing options. For monthly billing, you will be charged every month for the service. For yearly billing, you will be charged once for the year and will have access to the service for the entire year. Yearly offers are discounted, so be sure to take advantage of that if you’re able to commit to a full year!

You can upgrade from your Pro Plan to a Business Plan, without losing any data. We automatically check if you or any invited users belong to the Pro membership and convert the value of the remaining Pro time into credits for your company. These credits will be applied to future invoices.

Of course, you can add more licenses at any time during a billing period, and you can assign them to users as well. Your account will be charged a prorated amount based on the amount of time left in your billing cycle when a new license was added.

Alternatively, you can remove a user from an existing license and add another user to it if necessary, but the license itself can only be removed at the end of the billing period.

If you want to downgrade from a business plan to a pro plan or whether you would like to request certain changes to your current plan, contact support by creating a ticket via our online ticketing system.

We do not offer any refunds for monthly payments. We grant refunds for annual subscriptions upon request within 30 days of subscribing. You can request a refund through our online ticketing system.

You have an option to cancel whenever you wish during the subscription period. However, your subscription will only end after the current subscription period has ended. You will be switched to the free plan after the current subscription period has ended.

In shared lists, when creating a task, you can assign a list member in the “Verify by” field. Once the task is completed, the User in “Verify by” field is assigned the responsibility to verify if the task is completed as intended. If during verification, the task is not completed as desired, the User in the “Verify by” field can mark the task as uncompleted. This way, you can be sure that the task will be completed as expected
